What is a Mailbox Number?

A mailbox number is the unique number assigned to you by VIPS. This is the number that other subscribers use to send you messages. Your mailbox number has 8 digits.

How can I obtain a new instruction kit?

You can download a copy of Instruction Kits from the Support > Download section of this website.

Alternatively you can email our support team and request a copy of the instruction kit to be emailed to you at support@vips.com.au

 

How can I change my credit card details?

NEVER send credit card details to anyone by email.

If you need to update your credit card details click the link below to email the support team with your name and a telephone number that we can call you on. One of our support team will call you to complete this process.

How do I change my contact details?

If you need to update your contact details click the link below to email VIPS with the contact details that you want changed. Please include a telephone number that we can call you on if we need to clarrify any details.

How can I cancel my subscription?

Cancellation of your VIPS service needs to be received in writing. Please include your name and contact details. as well as the VIPS mailbox number(s) you wish to cancel. VIPS requires 30 days notice of your cancellation.

Why can’t I open my Instruction Guide or other documents I received when I subscribed?

These documents will require the FREE Adobe Acrobat Reader. You may download this from the Support > Download section of the website.

What forms of payment does VIPS accept?

VIPS accepts all major credit cards, as well as direct bank transfers. All Online applications must be paid by credit card. Applications being paid by direct bank transfer must include payment for three months service in advance.

 

Can I use the number 0 to start my PIN number?
No. PIN numbers must not start with a leading 0.

Why use Group Lists?

Why?

Group Lists are handy when you are constantly sending out messages to the same group of people. You can create a group list with all of these people to make sending messages simpler and more time efficient.

How?

You can create a group list either through the telephone or from your online service. The online service is easier because of its visibility and the alpha search feature.

Refer to your quick reference guide of the telephone service and follow the guide to Group Lists. A quick way from the main menu is to press Personal Options 4; Administrative Options 2; Group Lists 2

You can create group lists and number them 11 to 30. Simply assign a list number, record a name for it and then enter the mailbox numbers that you wish to be on the list.

To add groups using the online service, simply click on the Groups tab and follow the instructions from there.
