Orders & Sales Data

Our systems can collect all types of Orders and Sales Data. Orders may be entered directly by your customers or your sales representatives. The data is collated by VIPS and electronically sent to your distribution units for immediate processing. Orders can be sent to you at any intervals to ensure you have timely access to up-to-date information.

Wages and Claims
Many businesses are currently using our Data Collection service to simplify the collection of working hours and travel claims for field staff and part time employees.
Staff may use any existing telephone to dial into the VIPS system and follow the prompts to enter their hours worked for the specific week, including travel or other claims. We can also capture time in store. Data is quickly interpreted and formatted (optional) by our systems before it is electronically sent to your relevant business unit.
