SMS credits can be purchased on line for as little at 16.5 cents including GST. Use this service to contact your children or friends as well as your work colleagues. The SMS service can also be used to contact your mobile of new voice messages when they arrive in your mailbox.

myVIPS Memo (Documents)
Memo is a great way to send a text message to another user or group of users of the service. A recent innovation is the ability to attach photos and other written attachments. For instance, you can send a weekly bulletin, newsletter or even specific written instructions re a product presentation. Why not attach a photo of the product ?
The Memo feature allows you to only send and receive information from within your closed private network thus avoiding the cluttered inbox that often plagues email.

myVIPS Groups
The Groups tab allows you to visually create your group lists so you can send the same voice message, video message and SMS to a large team of users. You can enter mobile number as well. The speedy alpha search feature for fellow mailbox subscriber’s details makes creating group lists ease.
myVIPS Settings
The service allows you to be notified of the arrival of new messages. There are two types of notificiation. Your mailbox can either send you an email or you may choose to have an SMS sent to your mobile. (There is a charge for SMS notification).
You set up your notification online and can change it at any time to suit your needs. Alternatively, you may choose to check your mailbox at a time which is convenient for you.
